Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Crystal, Champlin, New Hope and Richfield! To revitalize and stabilize communities HUD, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, is funding a
new federal program titled the Neighborhood Stabilization Program to help homebuyers purchase foreclosed vacant
properties at 0% interest. A potential homebuyer does not have to be a first-time homebuyer and the assistance is
forgivable over time. Highlights:
- $10,000 Incentive Assistance
- $20,000 Homebuyer Gap Assistance
- 0% Interest Deferred Forgivable
- Down Payment Only 1.75% of Sale Price or $1000 whichever is higher
- Don't have to be a first-time homebuyer
- Must Occupy

the $8000 homebuyer tax credit. Find out soon if you qualify, the $8000 homebuyer tax credit Expires April 30, 2010.
